Online Orders

Orders placed and credit approved by 11:00 a.m. E.S.T Monday - Friday for items in stock usually ship the same day ordered.  Orders placed and credit approved anytime weekends for items in stock that do not require configuration will ship on the following Monday.  These cutoff times are a guideline, and are subject to possible change or modification due to prevailing circumstances. This information does not constitute a guarantee!

PAYMENT METHODS

Credit Cards

Voltexx accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover,  and American Express cards. We do not charge your credit card for an item until it is shipped. All credit card orders are subject to credit verification and approval. For your protection, credit card orders are shipped only to the  billing address for the credit card.  In the case of a PO box billing address, the shipping address will need to be added to your credit card as an alternate verification. 

Money Orders/Cashiers Checks

Gladly accepted, payable in U.S. funds only.

Purchase orders

Purchase orders are accepted from credit-approved organizations. Our terms are NET 30! Contact one of our account managers for qualification and application details.

Shipping Times and Transit Info

We ship all packages via UPS ground unless you ordered air shipping.  The following is a map of transit times from Florida to your location for UPS ground shipping. (Please note the days include only weekdays.)

Due to UPS restrictions, we do not ship to PO Boxes, FPO, AE, or APO addresses.

International Orders

Voltexx accepts international orders only if payment will be in the form of a bank check/ money order payable in US funds.  NO INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED!  Shipment to foreign countries via UPS INTERNATIONAL

Product Availability/Back Orders

If a product is not in stock when you place your order, we will do our best to let you know. We will also provide you are best estimate of when the product will be available. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change.  Usually auto-generated emails are sent every 2 days, keeping you informed of your orders status.  For immediate stock info, please call.

Changes in Price/Errors

We do our best to achieve 100% accuracy, but occasionally mistakes do occur. Pricing, product availability and offers subject to change without prior notification.  We reserve the right to make changes without notice due to market conditions, manufacturer or supplier product discontinuation, or typographical, photographic or technical errors in online or print advertising. NOTE: Products and packaging depicted may differ from stock available at time of shipment; we reserve the right to substitute equivalent items.
